Accessing the Presstige Printing FTP site from a PC
Please refer to the illustrations below each step if you have any trouble finding the items described.
Step 1. On your desktop, click the Start button. Once your Start Menu appears, you should open the Programs Menu, or All Programs
from the lower-left of the Start Menu. In the Programs Menu open the Accessories director. Inside the Accessories directory should be an icon labeled Windows Explorer,
NOT INTERNET EXPLORER double-click this icon to close the Start Menu and open the Windows Explorer.

Step 2. On the Windows Explorer window you should see an Address bar near the top that has a text field you can type in. Highlight with your cursor whatever text happens to be in there, and replace it with ftp.presstigeprinting.com and hit the Enter Key. After a brief pause an error message should appear that reads, An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder, similar to the picture below. Click the OK button to make this error message disappear.

Step 3. After the error message is gone, open the File menu located at the top-left side of the Windows Explorer window. In that drop-down menu, select Login As....

Step 4. After selecting Login As... from the File menu, the Log On As dialog should appear, requesting a User name and Password. In the text field next to User name, type, Presstigeprinting.com. In the text field next to Password, type, presstige. Once you have done this, click the Log On Button on the lower-right corner of the dialog, next to the Cancel button.

Step 5. If you have successfully followed steps 1-4, you should now be logged into the Presstige Printing FTP site. You should see the directories of our FTP (cgi-bin, customerfiles, Deborra, etc.) displayed in the Windows Explorer window. From here, you should be able to navigate the FTP site similarly to any other directory in windows. If you wish to upload your files to the FTP, please place the file(s) in the customerfiles directory. If you are downloading files, look for the directory that was indicated to you, and drag those files to your desktop. It is important to be specific when letting us know when you have uploaded files to our FTP. Please let us know which directories they are in (for example: customerfiles/MyFiles/FileA) and what the files names are.
